I started RVing November 3, 2008. We took 2.5 months to travel as my wife Mandy was off on Maternity Leave with our first child (Breanna was 6 months old at the time). We left Cochrane and headed to Vancouver. Our goal was to do as much of the Oregon Coast Highway as possible. We stopped and toured many sites such as the Boeing airplane factory, Monaco Motorhome Manufacturing, Hurst Castle, Alcatraz Island, Disneyland, and many more exciting places. We even hauled the RV down to
San Felipe, Mexico for a week, camping right on the sandy beach.
From there, we ended up at Yuma, Arizona for a month enjoying the pool and sun. We left January 7, 2009 and headed towards Canada, stopping to visit family in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Then we headed for the Grand Canyon and Zion Forest, taking our time to get home as there was a lot of snow in Cochrane.
I really wish more customers could take a long trip like this as it was such a relaxing time.
